Seasonal Guest Services Assistant (Admissions)
Seasonal position: July 2017 through early January 2018

SCHEDULE: Must be available to work a flexible schedule - seven days/week, including evenings, weekends and holidays
RATE OF PAY: $10.00 per hour

This part-time front desk position is responsible for providing impeccable customer service to our guests. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, have prior customer service experience, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, change oriented environment. Qualified candidates will have excellent computer skills (Microsoft products) and a professional presentation. Hospitality industry experience is a plus!
Position Requirements:
MINIMUM: Must have at least a high school degree and one year of relevant experience
PREFERRED: At least an associate's degree and over one year of relevant experience
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule - evenings, weekends and holidays are required
- Experience in cash register operation and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to deal with problems and questions in a timely, courteous and professional manner
- Must be willing to serve all of our guests equally regardless of their age, disability, national origin, religious belief, race/color, gender identity and/or sexual orientation.
- Must be willing to wear a uniform
